Four biblical stories

Discover each book without replacing it

These stories imagine an inner life and a human setting around biblical figures sometimes only briefly seen. They do not claim to add facts to Scripture; they approach its silences in order to explore their human depth.

The complete book remains available by request. This journal offers a generous threshold: enough to meet the story, while leaving room for the full journey.

Four independent points of entry into four experiences of shame, vulnerability, faith, and grace.

01

The Dust and the Silence · Prologue + Chapter 1

Avigail

Before the stones are raised, Avigail is already carrying the weight of other people’s judgment. Yet her story begins before the accusation and continues beyond it. This opening invites us to see a person rather than a fault, and to listen for the life that shame has tried to silence.

02

The River and the Captive · Prologue + Chapter I

The House of the Conqueror

The captive enters the conqueror’s house carrying everything that has been taken from her. Her apparent invisibility does not mean that her life has become useless. The story invites us to look differently at voices without power: they may carry memory, compassion, and a word capable of changing the course of history.

03

The Blood and the Garment · Prologue + Chapter 4

The Crushing Crowd

The crowd could become one more obstacle after twelve years of exclusion. Yet the woman moves forward. Her faith removes neither fear nor exhaustion; it gives her the strength to make the small gesture still possible to her. Sometimes hope begins this way: not with the absence of fear, but with a step taken in spite of it.

04

Rumor and Grace · Prologue + Chapter 1

The Weight of Their Eyes

Before the encounter at the well, there is a woman already shaped by looks, silences, and reputation. The chapter reduces her neither to her mistakes nor to what the village says about her. It teaches us to recognize the person who is still alive behind the story others have fixed in place.
